Send Trackpad Swipe and Mouse Forward/Back Buttons

Perhaps I overlooked the way to make this work, but when connecting to a Mac computer, I would like to be able to use the remote computer's trackpad or mouse to go forward/backward in Chrome/Firefox.  

Is there a way to configure this?

  Is this on the feature improvement list?  Not sure it can even be done.  Would be nice thought if the back/forward swipe with macOS trackpads allowed going backward/forward with web pages.
