Can't Connect
Macbook Pro on Tahoe 26.0.1 running Jump Desktop Connect and iphone / ipad running ios 26.0.1. Used to be able to connect to the Macbook from iphone/ipad without issues. Now when I run the app on iphone/ipad it shows the Macbook as available to connect and then it shows the black screen with Connecting and the red Cancel button at bottom but doesn't connect all the way. I say all the way because the Macbook changes resolution as if it's connecting and if there is audio playing it will play through the connection but stuck on that screen. Also using NordVPN but that was never a problem before. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed explanation — that really helps. Since you’re using NordVPN, please check your VPN settings to ensure that Jump Desktop hosts are allowed through the connection. Sometimes VPN configurations can block or interfere with Jump’s traffic.
Also, on your iPhone or iPad, please go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network and make sure Jump Desktop is enabled. This ensures your device can properly communicate with your Mac over the local network.
Let me know once you’ve checked these settings or if the issue persists afterward.
Thank you
