How to match client window size to exact remote resolution (avoid letterboxing & blur)?

    Thanks for the details.
    Can you please make sure you’re connecting to your Mac using Jump’s Fluid protocol and that Virtual Displays are enabled.

    If you’re still seeing the issue after connecting over Fluid with Virtual Displays enabled, please submit a support request so we can take a closer look and help diagnose what’s happening on your setup.

    Thanks. Virtual displays allows for the resolution to adjust appropriately when resizing, but still sometimes results in the image being slightly blurry due to a non-perfect resolution match, or for there to be black bars/letterboxing. It does make the problem less severe when virtual display is enable, but does not resolve it.
