Can’t log in to Windows 10 remote desktop from iPhone
I am trying to log into my Windows 10 remote desktop from the Jump Desktop app on my iPhone.
However, every time I put in my Microsoft Account password, the login screen keeps coming up and I am unable to log in.
I have checked my Microsoft Account password and it is the same one I’m using to try to log in to my remote Windows desktop.
A few things:
First, my remote PC list on Jump Desktop displays both a fluid desktop option and another option, and I don’t know which one to choose. So far, I’ve chosen both and neither works (as described above).
Second, I currently use a PIN to log on to my Windows PC instead of my Microsoft Account password, so I’m not sure if this is the problem. (I tried switching to logging in to my Windows PC using my Microsoft Account password, but that didn’t work for me either when trying to access my remote desktop through Jump Desktop on my phone.
I have no idea what else to try.
Please help!
Thanks.

I'm having a similar issue, but I think the only similarity is that I'm using the iPhone app. Simply, I could log in one day, and couldn't the next. Haven't changed anything on my iPhone (iPhone 8), except I upgraded to ios 15.2. I can still use my laptop-to-desktop and my desktop-to--laptop. I have also checked my iPhone X, that I just transferred my iPhone 8 to. I think it's an incompatibility issue with the new iPhone iOS.
