Jump Outage 12-22-21
It appears there is an outage 12/22/21 that I have experienced at 8:45 am EST. Anyone else? Trying to log in on both W10 and iPhone app unsuccessfully..... I have two accounts-neither of which is allowing visibility of any online desktop. Anybody else?

Is it possible to go around Jump's cloud services until the issue is mitigated? My users are connecting to a VPN and making direct connection to their hosts (but brokered by the Jump portal/directory). Possible they can key in an IP or hostname to make the connection directly while Amazon's stuff is still broken?
