is jump desktop cloud down?
I haven't been able to use jump on any device or connect to any of my computers for 6 hours. On both iPad app and Mac agents it gets stuck logging in to the cloud account. Support is ignoring my tickets so I just wonder did Jump go out of business? Am I the only one with this issue/

I have to say- I'm disappointed [that] we're tethered to AWS for our remote access link. All of my connections are static IP's, so it's annoying to effectively be CUT OFF by third-party problems. Luckily, I left a backup access method in-place (LiteManager). Guess backups ARE always good!

I'm finally up. Thanks for posting the status link but:
1. Its all green even though it should be red for half of today
2. `the link should be prominently posted on the front page of the website. I wasted hours of time trying to get it to work, which had I seen the post would have made me more productive today
3. I hope the lesson learned is besides better communications with your customers, that you take a multi-cloud approach and not rely on one vendor.
That's exactly the lesson I learned and have installed an alternative to jump desktop on all my computers, and am looking into other options as well
