Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. We now offer a privacy mode feature that allows you to lock and hide your desktop screen when being controlled remotely in a Jump Fluid / Windows 10 environment. This helps ensure your privacy and security during remote sessions.

If you want to use the Privacy mode,  we recommend you install the 8.6.1 beta version.

To update to the beta version, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the Jump Desktop App on your Windows computer.
    2. Click on "File" and then click on "Settings".
    3. Look for "Update" and click on "Updates".
    4. Select the checkbox next to "Install beta updates".
    5. Click on "Check for updates". This will route you to install the 8.6.1 beta version.
