Ipad pro scrolling by touch pad feels not smooth enough than ealier version

On ipad version jump decktop, I wondor is this the bug or the update of the retina screen that cause the stuck of the scrolling by touch pad when connecting to remote windows host? Hope guys can fix this interaction problem, really bothering me.

  I also find it takes almost 3-4 times more time to login to windows through rdp.
