Multi-display support removed after update – paid feature taken away (Mac App Store version)
After the latest update, I can only use one virtual display.
My client Mac has 3 monitors connected. Before the update, connecting to my host showed Display 1, 2 and 3, and I used "Same as this Mac" to get one display per monitor. Now only one display is available. "Displays In Separate Windows" is enabled, but the Active Displays list only shows Display 1, and displays 2 and 3 are gone. Under Virtual Displays, the only options are "Off" and "1". I've gone through every setting and there is no way to add more displays.
Your documentation says:
"Mac App Store version: upgrade items, including Matched Virtual Displays, are hidden instead of prompting."
So this was a deliberate change, not a bug.
When I bought Jump Desktop, this feature was available and not hidden. It was part of what I paid for. You didn't offer any refund or compensation, so why did you decide on your own to take features away from a product I already paid for?
I'm asking you to restore multi-display support ("Same as this Mac" / more than one virtual display) for users who bought the app before this change.
Please let me know how you plan to resolve this.
