Just Plain not working

    Same for me. I have been a Jump Desktop user on my iPad and my Win10 system. I added my MAC and nothing. Will not even connect to the Servers with my Username and Password.

    Like there is a System outage or something.

    Hi there,

    There is no on going system outage. What happens when you click File -> Sign In. Can you please try restarting your machine?     I have rebooted/re-installed.

    When you click on “Sign In” it just makes a sound like there is a window open already or something.  Like an error….
    Nothing actually pops up.
    And to be clear, I’ve checked with CMD+TAB and four finger swipe up, there are no other windows open.

    That’s super strange. Can you click anywhere on the main window - does it get focus? Which version of macOS are you running?

    Monterey 12.4.  It does get focus.  Do you guys do remote sessions or some such thing to be able to see it?
