Is there a System Outage at the moment?
None of my Jump Desktop Connections are working. None of my devices can log in and see my Computers i have in my List. Is there an active outage?

That's super strange. Can you please click Help -> Diagnostic Logs in Jump and then send the zip file to support@jumpdesktop.com? It seems like there is something on your network that might be blocking connections.
