    Hi. No known issues right now. Can you tell me what happens when you try to connect? Do you see any error messages?

    I get a security Error First.

    Then i try to make sure it is updated and i get this.

    On my MAC it will Never Log in to the Site:

    Hi there,

    That's super strange. Can you please click Help -> Diagnostic Logs in Jump and then send the zip file to support@jumpdesktop.com? It seems like there is something on your network that might be blocking connections.
