Add me to the list! After rolling out iPads to salesforce to use outside the network we enabled RD Gateway in order to avoid VPN and now can't use our fav RDP client any longer. We have 17 iPads and growing. PLEASE add RD Gateway support! iTap and Pocket Cloud BOTH have it already!
I have 100+ iPads deployed in my medical group and we all love Jump Desktop at the office but have to switch to a lesser RDP client that supports gateway. This feature would be amazing and allow us to only use Jump Desktop for all of our staff. Thanks!
Recently brought RD Gateway online and was disappointed to learn that Jump doesn't support. I saw your post on 6/01/12 that you're working on it. Wanted to let you know that we need this asap or we'll have to switch to something else...which we're hoping to avoid. Do you have a beta or something? 30 iPads, soon to be 100. Thanks.
I work at a managed service provider managing over 150 clients. Some of these clients have an ipad or two others have over 100 for there sales force. Overall we support in excess of 1,000 ipads/tablets. Many of these clients have asked for what applications to use for their business applications. We have been suggesting Jump Desktop, but as many of our clients are adding a second and third RDS, this is no longer an option.
For clients who need to work now, we are suggesting iTap, but I prefer Jump Desktop, please complete support as we are having to roll out a lesser product that is able to do the job better.
As IT Manager for my company I get many requests for remote access. We implemented RDP Gateway to support our users. A majority of our users ask my team what is the best app for the iPad they can get to use our remote access and I am unable to add this app in our list of recommended apps due to it's lack of support for secure encrypted connections through RDP Gateway. I see this has been requested over a year ago...
@all: TS Gateway is now one of our top priority items and we've actively started working on this. Please subscribe to this thread if you'd like to get real-time updates on the progress of this feature.
Just an update on this: It's coming along nicely and I think we're at a point where we might be able to release an alpha really soon. We'll post a message here when we're ready for the alpha release.
Another update on this: End-to-end TS Gateway is now working in our development branches. We're making very quick progress on this and are hoping to have something out soon. We'll be releasing the initial builds to Mac beta testers first. If you want to be on Mac beta testing list send mail to support@jumpdesktop.com .
We've just released a beta version of Jump Desktop 3.0 for Mac. 3.0 includes support for RD Gateway. We're looking for help testing the feature so that we have a rock solid release. If you're on a Mac please and want to help please email support@jumpdesktop.com - we'll get you into the beta group right away.
Guys - we really could use some help testing this feature on different configs. If you have a Mac and want a free copy of Jump Desktop for Mac 3.0 please let support@jumpdesktop.com know - we'll be happy to send you a beta copy.
Just an update: We've submitted Jump Desktop for Mac v3.0 to the Mac App Store which has RD/TS Gateway support (and a bunch of other new features like tagging, auto reconnect etc).
1. Jump Desktop for Mac v3.0 with TS Gateway support was released on April 4th to our web store customers. It's still waiting for review on the Mac App store since April 1st (we're hoping for approval this week).
2. We just released the first build to testers on iOS with TS Gateway support.

Any future plans to support TS Gateway or RD Gateway?
Another vote for TS Gateway support. This is the best RDP app and TS Gateway would allow me one less jump!
@Joshua, @Bill - we're looking into this.
another +1 for TS Gateway
Please add support for TS Gateway!
@Toby, @Ed thanks for the request - duly noted.
edit: We're looking into this.
Yep - another vote for TS Gateway - we are trying to use this in a business and roll it out to 10 area sales managers on iPads.

Guys, we're working on adding TS Gateway support. We don't have an ETA for this but we're actively working on this. Please hang on.

@Todd, we don't have a beta at this time for RD Gateway support. Once we do, we'll make sure we announce it on this thread.

Any update on that requested feature?
I'm ready to buy the client but don't feel the need until there is support for the TS Gateway!
iTap isn't that easy to use, Jump Desktop is but it's lacking a important feature.
I vote for TS Gateway as well. Thanks!
