I added a RDP computer on my Android version of Jump, and no matter what I do, I just can't delete it. It just comes back even after wiping the app, so it is linked to the Google account somehow. Long press, delete, uninstalled app, logged in, it just refuses to go away. Any help?

First uninstall Jump Desktop from your PC and then delete the entry on your phone - it shouldn't come back then.

Note: Uninstall Jump Desktop from your PC is required - from your explanation it seems like you may have missed that step.

I'm having the same problem.  I originally made an RDP computer to connect to my Windows 7 desktop, but then switched it to a VNP computer.  I still see both options on my tablet.  How do I get rid of the RDP?

@Sophie: If you want to get rid of RDP only try this:

    1. Open up Jump Desktop on your PC and click the 'Options' link.

    2. Then click 'Advanced Options'.

    3. Disable RDP by unchecking the 'RDP' checkbox.

    4. Save your settings and then disconnect + reconnect Jump.

    5. Next open up Jump on your tablet and delete the RDP entry by swiping your finger across.

I had Jump Desktop installed on a PC that got corrupted boot files, and I had to wipe the hard drive to reinstall Windows. Is there any way I can remove this PC from the list still?

@Martin. Yes: Swipe your finger horizontally across the entry you want to delete in and press the Delete button

I have 2 computers on my Android Tablet that I added and saved, but never configured to connect to a computer. I can not bring up any delete button by swiping my finger horizontally across the name of the computer. Nothing I have tried works! please help!

@John - for Android do a 'long-press' on the computer you want to delete and then select 'Delete' option.

How I can remove connection/computer from list on JumpDesktop on Mac? I just could not find any option to do that.

Denis, right click on the computer and then click "Delete". You can right click on your Mac using a two finger tap on the trackpad, or by tapping the bottom right hand corner of the trackpad or by pressing  control on the keyboard and then clicking on the icon (if you have a mouse).

Let me know if this helps.

Jump Support - so the weird thing that this was not available for me. It seems like sometimes the right click feature can disappear, app restart helps.

What if you do not have access to the computer that you want to delete? I have four computers that I want to delete and when I delete them they just reappear. I do not have access to these computers any longer. Thank you.

I have multiple computers that I no longer have access to that I can't uninstall Jump Desktop from them.  I want to get them out of my list as I don't deal with those customers anymore.  Please give us a way to remotely uninstall Jump Desktop or remove my access from those computers.

I have the same issue.  I have computers on my account that I no longer support and no longer have communication with the owners.    How do I permanently delete these?
