Does Jump Desktop Viewer support non-Gmail email accounts? When I try logging in using something other than Gmail it errors with "Please enter your correct GmailID and password".

@Donte - at the moment the PC viewer requires you use a Gmail account. Non-Gmail accounts are currently only supported when connecting using Jump Desktop 7.0+ for iOS and Jump Desktop 6.0+ for Mac.

Any idea when you will be putting out an updated PC Viewer. I guess this also goes for the Android Client.

This is a Beta version.  IT didn't work.  I used the paid version for my MAC and it works well, What gives with the PC version?

@Amando You may have forgotten to enable Fluid Remote Desktop on the remote computers.

    On the remote computer:

    1. Download and install Jump Desktop Connect 5.0 or later
    2. Open up the Jump Desktop Connect app and then click the gear icon on the top right.
    3. Click Advanced and make sure the Fluid Remote Desktop option is checked.

Forcing users to have passwords set under their Windows accounts is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. Who sat down at the meeting and decided to remove VNC autoconfig from Jump Desktop because they need to be fired or assigned to diaper duty. Fluid Desktop is decent, but the requirements to use it are meh. The Jump.to should have been a separate product. "Jump Desktop did nothing wrong" is now a meme
