At the moment you can't change your email address associated with your Jump Desktop account. Instead, create a new Jump Desktop account with the new email address and log all your devices into that account:
- Create a new Jump Desktop account.
- Do this on all your PCs and Macs: Open up Jump Desktop Connect and add your new account by clicking the Add User button on the top right. Once the new account has been added to Jump Desktop Connect, remove the old account by right clicking the email address and then click Remove.
- Sign in out of your old account in Jump Desktop for iOS / Android / Windows / Mac and then sign into your new account.
- Thats it!

You have got to be kidding. You cannot change the email address?
So we purchased out Jump Desktop Connect through the Apple Store using the email address associated with my current Jump Desktop Connect account. This original email has changed. If I create a new email address will I have to purchase Jump again since it's another email? If I follow this fix to create a new account (with a new email) will it affect my Jump license?
