General: How do I prevent my remote screen from changing resolution or rotating while I'm connected?

If you're connecting using the Fluid Remote Desktop protocol, Jump Desktop will try change the remote desktop resolution match the resolution on your local device while you're connected. Once you disconnect, Jump Desktop will restore your old resolution back to what it was.

To prevent changing the remote resolution, turn off Jump's Display Matching feature:

• On iOS: Tap the blue "i" icon next to your computer's name and then tap the Edit button. Then tap Display and make sure Resolution is set to Same as remote computer and save your settings.
• On macOS or Windows: Right click your computer's icon in Jump and then click 'Edit'. Then click Display and make sure Resolution is set to Same as remote computer.
