Windows 7 - Only getting "Connecting..." and never finishes or an error

    Thanks for the logs. Seems like Jump is having trouble connecting to our cloud server. Can you please open up a web browser and try to visit https://neuron.jumpdesktop.com. It should show you a 404 error (that's fine). Also - can you double check that anti-virus software isn't blocking outgoing connections for JumpConnect.exe ?

    I am experiencing the same issue. I can't tell from the McAfee log if it is blocking Jump Desktop. Any ideas?
