If I forget to disconnect to my work PC it won't show anything but a blank screen
I often forget to disconnect when i am accessing my work pc from home. When I get back to work the only way bring the screens back to life is to connect into my home pc (from ipad or iphone) and then click "disconnect" on the home pc.
Everything then works fine.
The trouble is that when my home PC is offline I can't do this and it is a nightmare. '
I have tried updating Jump Desktop Connect to the latest versions on both computers. This has not helped.
Any advice would be most appreciated.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When connecting from your Home PC to your Work PC, have you enabled Privacy mode?
If so, Privacy Mode for Fluid will blank out the host machine's physical displays, block inputs from physical keyboards and mice attached to the machine, and automatically lock the computer after a user's remote session ends.To resolve this, could you please try disabling Privacy mode? You can do this by connecting to your machine and clicking on Remote -> Privacy Mode, ensuring that it's unchecked.
If you are connecting to the remote machine from your iPad/iPhone tap the three dots on the top centre of your screen. Tap the wrench icon to reveal settings. Then scroll down and turn off the Privacy Mode toggle.Thank you.
