    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When connecting from your Home PC to your Work PC, have you enabled Privacy mode?
If so, Privacy Mode for Fluid will blank out the host machine's physical displays, block inputs from physical keyboards and mice attached to the machine, and automatically lock the computer after a user's remote session ends.

To resolve this, could you please try disabling Privacy mode? You can do this by connecting to your machine and clicking on Remote -> Privacy Mode, ensuring that it's unchecked.
If you are connecting to the remote machine from your iPad/iPhone tap the three dots on the top centre of your screen. Tap the wrench icon to reveal settings. Then scroll down and turn off the Privacy Mode toggle.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for your help.

I just got home and looked at the setting and Privacy mode was unchecked. So I am still no nearer to a solution unfortunately

    Hi,

    Thanks for the confirmation.
When connecting from your Home PC to your Work PC, are you enabling Virtual Displays?
If so, can you please try disabling Virtual Displays?

Let me know how it goes.

I’m experiencing two issues with Jump Desktop.

    Host configuration:

    • Mac mini with Apple M6 (Model Identifier: Mac18,5)
    • macOS 27.0.1 (build 26A434)
    • Jump Desktop Connect 10.15.46.0

No video when reconnecting, and the physical monitor also remains black

The initial Jump Desktop connection worked. After disconnecting and leaving it disconnected for a while, I tried reconnecting, but no video appeared. When I returned to the Mac mini, its physical monitor has not screen output.
macOS still detected the monitor and reported it as online at 3840 × 2160, but no image appeared on the physical screen. The backlight was on, and the monitor did not show a “No Signal” message.
