Hi, At the moment there is no way to do this - however, we're going to fix this very soon so that you can remotely remove a computer from your account.

Was this ever resolved? I need to block a computer from accessing my list of computers.

Happy 2021!  IS there any new information around the ability to to remove devices you have lost access to?  Thanks!

Any update on this? A computer I no longer have access to remains on my account and every time I delete it the computer just shows back up again.

We're still waiting since April 3, 2019 when your support people said this would be resolved "we're going to fix this very soon". I also have a bunch of computers from a former employer that I cannot be accessing and I want to remove them from my Jump app but, like others, you delete them and they just reappear again.

I’ve given up on them fixing this, even though it seems like an obvious issue. I use Jump desktop daily and I’ve just accepted that my old computer will show up there forever, or at least until that computer hopefully dies some day.

I'm having the same issue, why on Earth has this not been resolved in 5 years! So disappointing.
