How to remove a PC i dont have access to anymore
I need to remove the ability from a certain PC to gain access to my other PC. I dont have access to that computer any longer, but i dont want that PC to be able to connect any longer. I am unable to 'uninstall' jump from that computer, unless i can do it remotely.

We're still waiting since April 3, 2019 when your support people said this would be resolved "we're going to fix this very soon". I also have a bunch of computers from a former employer that I cannot be accessing and I want to remove them from my Jump app but, like others, you delete them and they just reappear again.

Any chance to ever remove an icon from the list ???
The backspace trick seems to work and actually removes the icon... but it reappears when I open JumpDesktop again, this is quite irritating.
I was about to purchase a Teams licence, but if such basic issues are not solved, how could we ever expect features such as remote printing and file transfer (readily available for many years with alternate products such as TeamViewer) ?
Since Albert Einstein's relativity, I know that "fixing very soon" may mean centuries or millenia, but should that apply to software developers too ;-) ?
