iOS app will not log in

When the ios app asks for a username and password, I put in my main credentials for Jump Desktop.  However, the credentials are rejected.  Setup has been anything but straightforward.

  Hi there, sorry you’re having trouble connecting. Are promoted for ‘Windows Credentials’ or ‘Mac Credentials’? In that dialog, you need to enter the username and password of the account on remote computer, not your Jump Desktop account information.
