If you already have a Jump Desktop account with a password and you're attempting to sign in using your company's SSO account, you'll need to perform a one-time link-up between your existing Jump Desktop account and your SSO. Once you've completed this link-up, you'll be able to sign in using SSO from that point on. Here's how to carry out the one-time link-up:
1. Enter your credentials and SignIn into your Jump Desktop account
2. Click Security button on top left
3. Click 'Sign in with SSO' to link SSO with your existing Jump Desktop account
