Follow these steps if you're taken to the main screen when trying to connect:
- First check to see which protocol you're using to connect to your computer. Open up Jump on your iPad / iPhone / iPod and tap the blue arrow next to your PC name. Then, make a note of what the type row and follow the instructions below.
- If the type row says 'rdp':
- This means you're using the Windows Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to connect to your PC. Only certain editions of Windows support the RDP protocol. Make sure your edition supports RDP by right clicking My Computer or Computer and then click Properties. Make sure you have one of these editions of Windows: Professional, Business, Ultimate, Enterprise or Media Center Edition.
- If your edition of Windows is not listed above then please open up the Jump Desktop Configuration Wizard: Click Start -> Programs -> Jump Desktop -> Jump Desktop -> Options -> Configuration Wizard. Then select the Remote Desktop (VNC) option to setup VNC. After setup completes, you'll see a new entry in Jump on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch - the entry should have the word vnc in the title. Tap it to Connect. You're done.
- If you do have a supported edition of Windows then please check to make sure Remote Desktop is set to the correct mode. Right click Computer, click Properties and then click Remote Settings link. Make sure Remote Desktop is set to Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)
- If the type row says 'vnc':
- Try to uninstall all VNC servers from your computer and re-configure Jump Desktop:
- First uninstall all versions of VNC from your computer: You can do this by opening up the Control Panel and then opening up Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features. Then look through the installed programs list and uninstall the programs if you find them: UltraVNC, TightVNC, RealVNC.
- Next, run the Jump Desktop Configuration Wizard: Click Start -> Programs -> Jump Desktop -> Jump Desktop -> Options -> Configuration Wizard... Then follow the wizard's configuration steps. Once you finish with the wizard, try connecting again.
- Try to uninstall all VNC servers from your computer and re-configure Jump Desktop:
First uninall versions of VNC from your computer: You can do this by opening up the Control Panel and then opening up Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features. Then look through the installed programs list and uninstall the programs if you find them: UltraVNC, TightVNC, RealVNC.

- Next, run the Jump Desktop Configuration Wizard one more time: Click Start -> Programs -> Jump Desktop -> Jump Desktop Configuration Wizard. Then follow the wizard's configuration steps. Once you finish with the wizard, try to connect to your computer again.First uninstall all versions of VNC from your computer: You can do this by opening up the Control Panel and then opening up Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features. Then look through the installed programs list and uninstall the programs if you find them: UltraVNC, TightVNC, RealVNC.

This is in no way sufficient information to resolve the issue.
I followed those instructions and they did not help at all.
Please recommend serious place where I can get some help making this program work
