We've received user reports about problems with sending keyboard and mouse input to Macs after updating the remote Mac to macOS Catalina. To fix this you'll need to completely remove Jump Desktop Connect from Accessibility and re-add it. Follow these steps:
- On the Mac that you want to connect to: Open System Preferences -> Security -> Privacy -> Accessibility.
- Remove Jump Desktop Connect from the list, remove it by clicking the - button.
- Re-add Jump Desktop Connect to the list by clicking the + button and then selecting Jump Desktop Connect from your Applications folder. Then make sure it's checked.
- Try to reconnect and make sure mouse and keyboard input works.

Above instructions does not include a very important step. You have to unlock by clicking on the lock bottom, bottom left first before you can remove. Then you can remove. Be sured to hit the minus button to remove and the plus button to add back.
