Follow the steps below if you're not able to connect to your computer when you're away from your home or work WiFi network:
This problem is usually networking related. The easiest way to fix this is to make sure you've configured your computer using Jump's automatic configuration feature. Jump's automatic configuration takes care of configuring your networking settings automatically. Just follow the steps in this guide to fix this: Automatic Configuration Guide.
If you've already setup your computer automatically and receive an message saying that your computer is offline, then it may be because your computer may have gone to sleep while you were away. To fix this make sure your computer is set to never go to sleep when connected to a power source. On a PC you can set this option by opening up the Power Options control panel applet. On a Mac open up the Energy Saver system preference pane.
