If you're having trouble seeing your shared folders when connecting to Windows via RDP from Jump Desktop try these steps:
On a Mac:
- Right click your computer's icon in Jump Desktop and then click Edit.
- In the Sharing section make sure Audio is set to Play on Mac and Folders is checked in the Sharing section.
- Save your settings and try connecting again.
On iOS:
- Tap the blue "i" icon next to your computer's name in and then tap Edit.
- Tap the audio row and make sure it is set to Play on iPad/iPhone or Play on Computer.
- Save your settings and try connecting again.

It seems counter intuitive but having audio set to Play on Mac is the key. This resolved the same issue when sharing folders with Windows Server 2012 R2 too. Thank you.
Step 1 on Mac is ...
but "Edit" is grey!
The troubleshooting steps are identical to the RDP support steps...
"Step 4: make sure Folder Sharing is checked"
There is no mention of what to do if "Folder Sharing" does not appear in the settings.
What are the troubleshooting steps?
