Try the following steps if you're having trouble logging into your Jump Desktop account or see a message that says: There was a problem signing in. Try again later
On Android, Mac and Windows: Try switching web browsers when signing in: Jump Desktop logs you in using your default web browser. To switch to a different web browser, simply copy and paste the sign in URL from your default web browser and paste it into another web browser like Chrome or Firefox. If that doesn't work or is not an option, try disabling 3rd party advertisement or content blocking extensions inside your web browser and try again.
On iOS: Try to temporarily disable 3rd party content blockers: Open up the Settings app and then go into Safari -> Content Blockers and temporarily disable content blockers. Then try logging in again.
