Everything was working just fine. Then I'm prompted for updating jump on my mac. I do, and now it keeps asking for license.

I was prompted to download the Mac App Store version of the new software – once updated my older Mac (NEED to run certain software and to access remotely) JD no longer works. Tried logging in with no luck. Was prompted to download older version... only to be asked again and again to login with credentials. This is majorly FUBAR for an update to launch requiring so many hoops and it's got us running in circles with NO WAY TO LOG IN. Seriously a major software update fail. For the love of god please make it either compatible or give people the option to keep older software without this serious hassle. We're losing serious system time trying to just use this software.

AND the web-based version doesn't connect well with keystrokes and mouse clicks. More mistakes happen when logged in that way so we're close to giving up on this platform.

Every forum right now is begging for JD to help us. Please make it easier so we can be productive and not waste any more time.
