Starting with macOS Mojave (10.14) apps need explicit permission to allow remote control of your Mac. If you can't control your mouse cursor after updating to Mojave, try these steps on your Mac:
- Open System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Accessibility.
- Click the lock icon on the bottom left hand corner and enter your password.
- In the Allow the apps below to control your computer list, make sure Jump Desktop Connect is checked. If you don't see Jump Desktop Connect in the list, click the + icon and add Jump Desktop Connect from the Applications folder.
Thats it. You should be able to control your Mac cursor now.
