Jump supports an option to lock a remote Mac's screen when connecting to it over VNC. If the lock screen option does not work for you, make sure Remote Management is enabled in your Mac's Sharing Preferences:

Open up System Preferences -> Sharing.
Make sure Remote Management is enabled.
