After upgrading to iOS 13 make sure Jump Desktop has access to Bluetooth devices:
On your iPad / iPhone: Open up Settings app -> Jump and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.

I have no connection with iPadOS 13.1 although bluetooth for jumpdesktop ist enables in ios settings. The blue Citrix mouse LED is blinking and jumpdesktop setting is „connecting“ to the Citrix mouse without success.
