To turn off audio streaming with Fluid try this:

1. macOS and Windows: Open up Jump Desktop, right click your connection icon and click Edit -> Sharing -> UNCHECK Play Audio.

2. On iOS: Open up Jump Desktop, tap and hold your connection icon and tap Edit. Make sure audio is disabled there.
