If you see the following message while trying to log into your computer:
The connection was closed because another user has started using the computer. After you connect, make sure you log into your computer using the same user account you used to log in via Fluid.
This above error message usually means that you tried to sign in using the wrong user name into the computer. To fix this, open up Jump and right click or tap and hold on your connection's icon and then click 'Edit'. Then in the Autologon row, make sure the 'Username' name there matches the username you're using to log into the remote machine.
