Mac: Can not accept screen sharing even though you can hear the screen sharing request sound

On a macOS Catalina and later you need to make sure Jump Desktop Connect has permission to show notifications so that it can show notifications for incoming screen sharing requests. If Jump Desktop Connect does not have permission to show notifications, then the user on the computer will be able to hearing the screen sharing sound but won't be able to accept the request because the notification will be hidden by macOS. To make sure Jump Desktop Connect is allow to show notifications try these steps:

1. Open up System Preferences -> Notifications -> Jump Desktop Connect.
2. Make sure Allow notifications is ON.
3. Alert Style is set to Alerts.
