    After killed and restarted rdpclip.exe in remote windows server, the functionality of sharing clipboard is back, very helpful for me, thanks.

    @Federico Unfortunately this is something that's difficult for us to fix on our side. The remote machine's RDP clipboard server stops responding for some reason - we don't know why this happens. Jump on the client side, can't do much to fix this.

    For my closing the jumpdesktop windows from client and reopening it again, solves the issue.

    I have the same problem with a Fluid connection after the latest Jump Desktop update.

    I also have the same problem with a fluid connection (like msgreenfield1 does). This is not just happening with RDP connections, and has happened since day 1 of using the app several years ago, with or without the fluid connection feature, no matter what version of Jump Desktop.

    Even though this article is a few years old, the same issue still shows up on newer Windows versions as well. I’ve run into it on Windows 10/11 and Windows Server where clipboard syncing suddenly stops during an RDP session.

    Restarting rdpclip.exe usually fixes it quickly, but it can also happen if clipboard redirection is disabled by policy or if the session has been disconnected for a long time.
